Take part in a survey on health services for autistic adults and adults with Learning Disabilities

Are you an autistic adult? Are you an adult with a Learning Disability, or both? Or do you support an adult who is autistic or has a Learning Disability?

The Learning Disability and Autism Team at NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board wants to hear from you. They want to learn about how health services for autistic adults and adults with Learning Disabilities are working in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. This is called the Adult Pathway Review.

If you or someone you care for uses health services, has used them, or is waiting to use them, your answers can help them to make these services better or even create new ones.

Here’s how you can share your thoughts:

  • Fill out the Adult Pathway Review survey online. It takes between 10 and 15 minutes to complete, and your answers are private unless you decide to share your contact details.
  • Join a workshop using the online booking form. You can see the details on the poster below, by visiting the webpage or below:
  • Friday 11 July 2025, 10 -12, My Sight Nottinghamshire, 26-28 Heathcoat Street, Nottingham, NG1 3AA.
  • Tuesday 15 July 2025, 10 – 1, Kirkby-in-Ashfield Library and Learning Centre, Ashfield Precinct, 21, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, NG17 7BQ. One to one conversations available. 
  • Tuesday 22 July, 4 – 6pm, online (MS Teams)

The survey will close on Friday, 18 July 2025.
